Tools and guidelines for Mindset practices, understanding Physiological cues of hunger, thirst, and digestion through a mini reset and consistency, categorization of food, measurement of food, and movement protocols. It will consist of 2-3 check ins with me per week, plus any additional communications. The check ins that occur 2-3 times per week will review your progress via 8 different metrics/markers. After program completion, you have the option of scheduling a pantry and fridge refresh that matches the custom plan I had provided.
