FAQs

  • I continue to gain experience.

    1.     My most significant success story is having lost 72 pounds. I have learned how care for myself and consider a harmony of my mind, heart, spirit, and physical body in my daily life.

    2.     A family member who is 66 years of age was told she was pre-diabetic. She has lost 18 pounds and has come off of her blood pressure medication.

    3.     A former coworker of mine was told she was pre-diabetic. She had lost some weight and experienced enjoyment of a variety of meal options and flavors, as well as the ease of prep.

    4.     A family member who is 38 years of age has a busy career and had a meal service delivery requiring meal assembly. If there was a significant change to his schedule, he would usually end up starving for a longer period of time than desirable. Would have to wait or snack on things that may be in kitchen pantry. We created meal options for him that he enjoyed, offering variety and clarity. We reconfigured his kitchen. We created a “food safety box” for any potential inconvenient moments. His grocery shopping mimics the meal options so he always knows what he would be grocery shopping for.

    5.     A family member 70 years of age who is diabetic. We implemented more whole food macro nutrients for simplicity, satiation and to retain muscle mass. He had lost some weight and enjoyed the food options.

A long term goal that I’m considering is to work with a functional medicine physician. It would be nice to share my philosophy with a physician who oversees their patients well-being from root cause in order to be a powerhouse team.

  • No. I guarantee my commitment to get you results.

  • No, but I provide options to you if you prefer to use them.

  • No, absolutely not. Your favorite foods can still be incorporated in your plan. Are some foods more ideal or nutritious than others? Yes. Will some get you to your desired results faster? Probably. I’d rather ask the questions, “How valuable is this food for me?”, “What does this food do for me and my goals?”

  • The independent coaching tier includes tools and guidelines for mindset practices, understanding physiological cues of hunger, thirst, and digestion through a mini reset and consistency, categorization of food, measurement of food, and movement protocols. It is designed for weight loss. (It is an optional no cost add-on for the communicative coaching tier). The material is within a Google Docs link on Google Drive which will be emailed to you. There are 2 different files. The first will be the material itself and helpful resources. The second will consist of logs and reference sheets.

Both the independent and the communicative coaching tiers have an initial intake consisting of a mini starter assessment and phone call.

The communicative coaching tier will tend to any of your questions and concerns and include check ins to review your progress via 8 different metrics/markers. These are pre-generated in an email you’ll receive from me – but also available in the form of a reference sheet.
