3. Vinegar or alcohol as all-purpose cleaning disinfecting sprays depending on what type of countertop/surfaces/appliances you have
Option a) Add equal parts vinegar and water with 12-20 drops of optional essential oil
Option b) Add 1 1/2 cups of rubbing alcohol (or 70% isopropyl) to the spray bottle, Add 3/4 cup of water to the spray bottle, and add 30 drops of your preferred essential oil
4. Vinegar or baking soda soaks for non-organic or organic produce to rid of pesticides, residues, and bacteria (to soak in glass or stainless steel bowl/containers).
Option a) Vinegar 1 part to 4 parts water 5-10 minutes
Option b) Baking Soda 1 teaspoon with 2 cups of cold water 12-15 minutes
5. Usage of glass, metal, or ceramic containers for food storage
